Introduction

The purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to set forth how forii.ai, a product of Regaltusk Private Limited, (“forii.ai”, “us”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and maintains Information (as defined hereafter) about the Users (“you”, “your”) through your access and use of the Product offered by forii.ai. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use available at https://forii.ai/terms-conditions/ (“Terms”).

Forii provides sovereign inference infrastructure. Your prompts, completions, and embeddings are processed in Indian data centers (Delhi NCR). No data leaves India. No US CLOUD Act exposure. No foreign subpoenas.

We recognize the importance of your privacy, and we are committed to ensuring that you are aware of how your Information is being used. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Your use of the Product is also governed by our Terms of Use.

Please access/use the Product or avail the Services only if you agree with our policies and practices encapsulated in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Your use or access of the Product shall constitute your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you shall be bound by the same.

Data Sovereignty

All inference requests — prompts, completions, embeddings — are processed in Indian data centers located in Delhi NCR. No inference data is routed through US servers or any jurisdiction outside India.

Forii is not subject to the US CLOUD Act. US law enforcement cannot compel Forii to hand over data via US cloud-provider subpoenas because Forii is not a US-based cloud provider. Indian jurisdiction applies exclusively.

Every API response includes an x-forii-region header confirming the data center region. You can verify on every request that your data stayed in India — no trust required, verify.

Applicability of the policy

This Privacy Policy shall apply to all Information that forii.ai collects in furtherance to your access/use of the Product including but not limited to any information you may submit to access the Product and avail the Services in accordance with the Terms or e-mails that you exchange with forii.ai. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of our obligations towards you and to allow us to comply with our legal obligations. Without this information, we may not be able to provide you access to and allow the use of the Product and Services.

Nature Of Information Collected And Manner Of Collection

forii.ai may collect different types of information, via your use of the Product, which is collectively hereinafter referred to as “Information”. This Information could be of the following types:

(i) ‘Account Information’ – information that you provide while creating an Account such as your full name, phone number, e-mail address, company name and role at the company.

(ii) “Personally Identifiable Information” - information that could be used to identify you such as your name, email address, location and other similar information including any Information.

(iii) “Non-Personal Information” - information that cannot be used to identify you such as the webpages that you have viewed and your usage patterns;

(iv) “Device Information”- information which is automatically collected about the operating system or version of the system from which the Product is used.

(v) “Inference Data” — prompts, completions, and embeddings you send through the Forii API. This data is processed in Delhi NCR data centers and is not stored beyond the duration of the request unless you explicitly enable logging in the dashboard.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any Information you submit to forii.ai in furtherance of your use of or access to the Product. Inaccurate Information may affect your ability to use the Product, the Information you receive when using the Product and/ or availing the Services and our ability to contact you.

You understand that the Information collected by forii.ai may be collected directly or through automatic tracking of your usage of the Product through the use of cookies or other tracking technologies. You may decline these cookies by changing your Product settings, if permitted.

Use of Your Information

The Information that we collect from the use and access of the Product and the Services availed will be used for the following purposes:

(i) To provide and maintain Services;

(ii) To make improvement to the Product;

(iii) Internal purposes to understand the background of the Users;

(iv) Correspondence/communicate with you pursuant to your use of the Product;

(v) To provide you with information, Services and emails where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes;

(vi) To notify you about changes to the Product, this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use;

(vii) To notify you about any change and improvements to the Product, Services and/ or Website;

(viii) Process your payment of the required fee to access the Product and avail the Services (when paid tiers ship);

(ix) For analytical purposes, including but not limited to assessing usage data, usage patterns and other similar activities to evaluate the Product;

(x) In any other manner we may describe when you provide the Information.

Except as otherwise provided herein, no Personally Identifiable Information will be stored, published, disclosed or shared with any third party without your express consent.

Inference Data Handling

Prompts and completions sent through the Forii API are processed in Delhi NCR data centers. By default, inference data is not persisted after the request completes — it is not stored, not logged, and not used for model training.

If you explicitly enable request logging in the dashboard (for debugging or observability), Forii retains request metadata (timestamps, model, token counts, region) for 30 days. Prompt and completion content is only retained if you opt in to content logging, and is deletable on demand.

Forii does not train on your data. Your prompts and completions are never used to fine-tune or improve models.

Disclosure of Your Information

We consider the confidentiality and security of your Information to be of the utmost importance. We will use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures to keep your Information confidential and secure and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, or unless we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary under Indian law, to address fraud, security or technical issues, or a physical threat to you or other Users.

Forii is not subject to foreign (non-Indian) legal requests. No US subpoena, no foreign government request, can compel disclosure of data held in Delhi NCR. Only Indian jurisdiction applies.

Data Retention and Data Deletion

forii.ai may retain Information for such length of time as may be required in order for us to provide the concerned User with Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve any disputes that may arise, enforce its rights arising out of agreements with Users, and/or for such period as may be required by legislations/orders of regulatory authorities to which forii.ai is subject. If you no longer want to use our Product and Services and want your Account/personal information to be deleted, you may contact forii.ai at contact@forii.ai to request that your User Account be deleted. Your Account and all your personal information will be deleted within a period of 7 days from the date on which you request deletion thereof.

Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information

You can change, alter, modify, or delete your Account Information at any time by emailing us at contact@forii.ai. You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you (which you cannot update yourself within your forii.ai Account).

Data Portability

Depending on the context, you may be entitled to request copies of personal information that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible).

Withdrawing Consent and Restriction of Collecting Data

Where you have provided your consent to the collecting of your personal information by forii.ai, you may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a communication to forii.ai at contact@forii.ai specifying which consent you are withdrawing.

International Privacy Rights

Forii stores and processes all data in India (Delhi NCR). Forii does not transfer or store Information outside India. Indian jurisdiction applies exclusively. No foreign privacy regime (GDPR, CCPA) governs Forii’s data handling — Indian data protection law applies.

Data Security

The Information that you provide, subject to disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Terms, shall be maintained in a safe and secure manner. forii.ai’s databases and Information are stored on secure servers with appropriate firewalls located in Delhi NCR data centers. While forii.ai will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your Information is safe and secure, it offers no representation, warranties or other assurances that the security measures are adequate, safe, fool proof or impenetrable.

Complaints

If you wish to place a complaint with regard to privacy requirements or laws, access any of your Information or would like to update or correct any errors in your Information, please contact our Data Protection Officer/Grievance Redressal Officer, at contact@forii.ai so that we can consider and respond to your request. All requests will be addressed no later than 72 (Seventy-Two) hours from the date such a request is made.

Amendments to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to change at forii.ai’s sole discretion. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on forii.ai’s website at https://forii.ai/privacy or notified to you by forii.ai. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Terms of Use

This Privacy Policy shall form a part of the Terms of Use.
